66-year-old Medford man Edwin Lam has been charged with eight counts of indecent assault and battery on an 88-year-old dementia patient, whom he drove to an elder care facility. The assaults were recorded by a Ring surveillance camera installed at the woman's home. Lam, a driver for Joyful Living Center Adult Day Health, faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
