37-year-old Chipping Norton man denies assault & stalking his ex-partner; faces trial for one count of assault by beating, two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and one count of stalking. The ex-partner alleges abuse, including beating, pinning to bed, and throwing glass, as well as waiting outside their home and sending numerous texts/calls. Trial expected to last 2-3 days.
