89-year-old blind and dementia-affected woman was inadvertently left in a running vehicle that was stolen in Manchester. The car's owner called emergency services, leading to the arrest of 51-year-old David Stephenson, who was later sentenced to eight years and six months in prison on charges including kidnap, theft of motor vehicle, dangerous driving, and driving without a license. The elderly woman was safely reunited with her daughter.
