On Friday, a house fire broke out in Eugene, Oregon, on Formac Avenue, partially collapsing the roof and damaging nearby cars. Firefighters from Eugene Springfield Fire Department responded at 4:43 p.m. and found the garage fire had spread to the home. Due to the lack of hydrants, a water tender was initially used, and firefighters withdrew when the roof collapsed. No injuries were reported, and the fire was eventually brought under control.
