Eugene & Lane fire crews successfully contained a 2nd-floor apartment fire in a rural South/West Eugene area protected by Lane Fire Authority. The fire was reported on June 8, with Eugene Springfield Fire (ESF) crews initiating an interior attack, preventing the fire from spreading beyond the apartment. ESF and LFA crews collaborated to overhaul, ventilate, and provide water in the non-hydrated area.
