Tiffany Green, a DC Fire and EMS graduate, shared her inspiring journey from foster care to firefighting at the department's recent graduation ceremony. Surrounded by friends and family, Green expressed her pride in overcoming obstacles and becoming the first in her family to graduate. Her son, Isaiah, was inspired by her accomplishment and now plans to follow in her footsteps by becoming a firefighter and graduate.
