Former NRA CFO Wilson Phillips has agreed to a 10-year ban from managing money for New York nonprofits after being found liable in a scheme to fund the extravagant lifestyle of NRA's CEO, Wayne LaPierre. Phillips must still repay $2 million for covering LaPierre's expenses. The ban leaves the $2 million payout intact but means he will not participate in the trial's second phase, scheduled for July 15.
