Maruti Suzuki India, India's largest carmaker, has surpassed 2 million cumulative vehicle dispatches through Indian Railways as part of its green logistics initiative, becoming the first automobile company to achieve this eco-friendly milestone. The company has increased its rail-based vehicle dispatches from 65,700 units in FY 2014-15 to 4,47,750 units in FY 2023-24.
