Maruti Suzuki India predicts a 30% increase in CNG vehicle sales to around 6 lakh units this fiscal year, with a target to export 3 lakh units. The company currently sells CNG models like WagonR, Brezza, Dzire, and Ertiga, and plans to expand production capacity by 1 lakh units annually at its Manesar plant, addressing Ertiga supply issues. Maruti Suzuki aims to produce 40 lakh vehicles annually by FY2030-31, nearly doubling current levels.
