Maruti Suzuki India reaches 3 million vehicle exports, targeting 800,000 annually by 2030-31.

Maruti Suzuki India, the country's top carmaker, has hit a milestone of 3 million cumulative vehicle exports. The 3 millionth vehicle was part of a recent shipment of 1,053 units from Gujarat's Pipavav port, including models like the Celerio, Fronx, and Baleno. The company exported 181,444 units in the April-October period of the current fiscal year, a 17.4% increase from the previous year. Maruti Suzuki aims to boost annual exports to 800,000 units by 2030-31, up from the current 300,000 units, and plans to introduce its first electric cars soon.
