Cal-Maine Foods, the largest US egg producer, acquires Maryland-based ISE America for $110 million in cash. The deal grants Cal-Maine 1.2 million pullets, feed mills, 4,000 acres of land, an egg processing plant, and a robust customer network. This acquisition strengthens Cal-Maine's production and distribution capabilities, allowing them to serve new customers and expand capacity in the Northeast.
