Cal-Maine Foods, the largest US egg producer, has completed the acquisition of a closed Tyson Foods processing plant, hatchery, and feed mill in Dexter, Missouri. The company intends to repurpose the assets for shell egg and egg product production, with plans to work with local contract growers.
