Vital Farms, a Certified B Corporation, plans to expand its supply chain with a 72-acre second egg washing & packing facility in Seymour, IN, aiming for $1bn revenues by 2027. The Egg Central Station Seymour project will create over 150 jobs, support 165 family farmers, and generate $350m+ in additional revenue. Expected to break ground in mid-2025 and be fully operational by early 2027.
