Malaysia High Court to rule on MYAirline's application to dismiss RM17.7M airport charge lawsuit on August 16.

The High Court in Malaysia will deliver a verdict on MYAirline's application to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd for RM17.7M in overdue airport charges on August 16. MYAirline argues the plaintiffs should use a dispute resolution mechanism under the Malaysian Aviation Commission Act 2015 before filing lawsuits. The plaintiffs claim MYAirline owes six types of service charges totaling RM17.7M.
