Malaysia's Court of Appeal has given the Attorney General's Chambers until September 9th to decide on two representations from Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi in his appeal against acquittal in the foreign visa system corruption case. This follows the Shah Alam High Court's acquittal on September 23, 2022, which the prosecution has appealed. The final adjournment for the case will proceed on September 9th if the AGC dismisses the representations.
