Junior doctors and other medics in Wales have accepted pay deals, ending ongoing strikes. The Welsh Government offered a pay uplift totalling 12.4% for doctors, which has now been accepted by consultants, junior, specialty and specialist (SAS) doctors in Wales. The pay awards will be implemented as soon as possible, bringing an end to the disputes and strikes that have disrupted patient care in the region.
