16-year-old inmate at a Wisconsin juvenile correctional facility faces homicide and murder charges after a staff member he is accused of attacking died. The incident occurred at Lincoln Hills School in Irma, where the youth counselor, 49-year-old Corey Proulx, suffered critical injuries while attempting to detain the teenager. Proulx later died from his injuries. The teen is charged with second-degree reckless homicide, felony murder-battery, and two counts of battery.
