56-year-old Wisconsin Resource Center battery victim dies, suspect referred for First Degree Intentional Homicide.

A victim of a "substantial battery" incident at the Wisconsin Resource Center in Oshkosh has died from his injuries. The 56-year-old man was hospitalized after the altercation on May 21, and the 41-year-old suspect is being referred to the District Attorney's Office for First Degree Intentional Homicide. Neither individual was an employee of the facility.
