Swiss court sentences four members of billionaire Hinduja family to 4-4.5 years in prison for exploiting domestic workers. The Hinduja family members were found guilty of exploiting Indian staff at their Geneva mansion, but were acquitted of human trafficking charges. Prakash Hinduja and his wife Kamal received 4.5 years, while their son Ajay and his wife Namrata received 4-year terms. The court found the family guilty of exploiting their workers and providing unauthorized employment, such as by paying meager wages and seizing their passports.
