North Carolina A&T State University has announced James R. Martin II as its new chancellor, succeeding Harold Martin Sr., who is retiring. Martin, a civil engineer and accomplished leader in engineering and STEM initiatives, previously held the position of Vice Chancellor for STEM Research and Innovation at the University of Pittsburgh.
