New Delhi, June 19: Gen Z workers in India are 2.6x more likely to stay motivated when management delivers on promises and 2.8x more motivated when they can bring their authentic selves to work, reveals a report by Great Place To Work India. With 20% of India's workforce being Gen Z, their fresh perspectives and bold expectations are pushing leaders to evolve. While 85% of Gen X employees report positive workplace culture, there's room for improvement for Gen Z and millennials.
