Invercargill Mayor Nobby Clark faces a second code of conduct complaint after allegedly making "disturbing and offensive views" at a United Fire Brigades' Association (UFBA) prize-giving dinner, where an MC was left so upset she wished the ground would "open up and swallow her". Clark has since apologised for his behaviour, blaming it on "brain fade" after open heart surgery.
