Invercargill Mayor Nobby Clark breached the council's code of conduct again for his "insulting, degrading" behavior during a TV interview. Clark's behavior during the March appearance on satirical news show New Zealand Today was found to be "disrespectful, discourteous, insulting, degrading, offensive, and/or discriminatory." This marks his second code of conduct breach in as many months.
