Invercargill Mayor Nobby Clark faces a code of conduct complaint after using racially charged language on a TV show. Clark appeared on comedian Guy Williams' satirical news show New Zealand Today, where he used the "n-word" during a discussion about freedom of expression. Two councillors confirmed they had lodged a complaint against the mayor, and an independent agency will investigate.
