61-year-old Aubrey Lee Miller from Pickens County was arrested for stealing thousands of dollars' worth of copper wiring from a Cherokee County power substation. He was found hiding nearby with a large amount of the stolen wiring and wire cutters. Miller is charged with criminal trespass, felony theft by taking, damage to public utility equipment, and destruction/vandalism to property.
