2025 ban on full-range V-22 Osprey missions due to safety concerns following recent crashes.

This decision follows safety concerns in the fleet after recent crashes that killed 20 service members in the last two years. Chebi informed lawmakers at a House oversight hearing that it will take another six to nine months to complete all safety and performance assessments for the Osprey.
