Mumbai Customs seized 7.8 kg gold, electronics worth Rs 5.54 crore, and foreign currency valued at Rs 0.22 crore in 18 cases. The gold was hidden in various ways, including metallic rods, undergarments, and the body of the accused. Two passengers were arrested during June 4-7. Previously, Mumbai Customs seized 6.815 kg gold and diamonds worth Rs 6.46 crore in 13 cases, arresting four passengers in April.
