Michigan Attorney General charges state trooper with 2nd-degree murder in the death of Samuel Sterling, a fleeing man struck by a police vehicle in April. Trooper Detective Sgt. Brian Keely was accused of gross negligence for the fatal incident in a Kentwood suburb. The charges come as body camera footage from the police chase has become more common in recent years.
