Harare businessmen Grant Russel of Fairclot Investments and Mark Strathen of Paragon Printing face criminal nuisance charges over an illegal billboard denouncing a property developing company. Their trial is deferred to May 9 at the request of their new lawyer, Gwinyai Mharapara. The court heard that the billboard's contents were likely to interfere with the complainant's clients' comfort or convenience.
