2 Harare men, Grant Russell and Mark Strathen, plan to apply for quashing of illegal billboard charges at the Supreme Court.
Two Harare men, Grant Russell of Fairclot Investments and Mark Strathen of Paragon Printing, plan to apply for the quashing of charges for erecting an illegal billboard in Borrowdale low-density suburbs. They face criminal nuisance charges and recently filed for refusal of further remand, stating they have better chances of success in their appeal at the Supreme Court. The trial will continue on April 26th.
