2 Borrowdale men charged with criminal nuisance over anti-development billboard; trial postponed due to 2nd lawyer withdrawal.
Two Borrowdale men, Mark Strathen and Grant Russell, charged with criminal nuisance for erecting an anti-property development company billboard, have had their trial postponed after their new lawyer, Gwinyai Mharapara, withdrew. This is the second time the defendants have lost legal representation. The trial, initially set for Monday, has been rescheduled for the following Monday, and the Supreme Court has previously dismissed the defendants' appeal, ordering the trial to proceed.
