Harare magistrate Stanford Mambanje postpones George Katsimberis' fraud trial to April 4. Katsimberis, a property developer, is accused of building a showroom in Borrowdale without an approved building plan, resulting in its demolition. Katsimberis is currently seeking referral of his case to the Constitutional Court, alleging unfair trial. He previously unsuccessfully applied to testify in his native Greek language.
