19-year-old Roiner Alejandro Rojas Pereira, a recent Venezuelan arrival in Texas who couldn't swim, was found dead on April 20 near Overlook Park where he went missing on April 14 after falling off his tube near Canyon Lake Dam. Despite rescue efforts, he didn't resurface. Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Wardens, Hays SMART Dive Team, and Comal County Sheriff's Office searched for him until April 20.
