Alex Gonzales-Hernandez, a 40-year-old man, was found dead in his vehicle submerged in a pond in East Baton Rouge Parish on October 20. His car had veered off the road, crashed through a fence, hit a tree, and ended up in about eight feet of water. The cause of death remains undetermined as authorities continue their investigation and an autopsy is pending.
