Search continues for a drowning victim, Carlos Chavez Padilla, 26, in the Neches River, Beaumont. He was among five adults who had their boat anchored and were swimming when Padilla drifted too far out and didn't resurface. Texas Parks & Wildlife, Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, and the Beaumont Fire Department are involved in the search.
