Oklahoma AG sues two Texas-based natural gas firms for price spikes during Winter Storm Uri in 2021, alleging they fraudulently reduced gas supplies to increase prices and profits. Oklahoma's first lawsuits against natural gas operators over earnings during the storm were filed against Dallas-based ET Gathering & Processing and Houston-based Symmetry Energy Solutions. Both lawsuits seek actual and punitive damages, as well as a share of any profits that resulted from wrongdoing.
