45-year-old Lincoln man, Michael Glaser, exchanged gunfire with police officers at a Casey's gas station. Glaser, who entered the store looking for an employee, fired at officers, who returned fire. Two employees barricaded themselves in a back room, while one managed to escape. The incident is being investigated by the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office. Glaser was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment, assault on an officer, and using a weapon to commit a felony.
