30-year-old Bryce Locklear was arrested in Richland County after an hours-long standoff with deputies. Authorities responded to a report of shots fired at Locklear's home and found several spent rifle rounds outside. After a standoff, the Special Response Team (SRT) deployed gas to coax Locklear out. He exited, armed with a rifle, and was taken into custody without injury. He was charged with Aggravated Breach of Peace.
