Treating HIV-positive patients properly can reduce virus transmission and help India end AIDS, according to Mumbai-based epidemiologist Ishwar Gilada. If all people receive the full range of HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and care services, India can halt the spread of HIV infection and improve the lives of those living with the virus. Gilada emphasized the need to ensure no one is excluded in order to end AIDS.
