A wildfire near Lumby, British Columbia, has grown to 3 hectares in size but is now being held and is not expected to spread beyond predetermined boundaries under current conditions. The fire, which began on March 17, is suspected to be caused by human activity and no structures are threatened. Crews from the Lumby Fire Department and the BC Wildfire Service are working to contain the fire.
