Independent Investigations Office probes British Columbia woman's death in RCMP custody after re-arrest.

British Columbia's Independent Investigations Office is probing the death of a woman in RCMP custody in Burnaby. The woman was arrested for a disturbance, released, then re-arrested for causing a disturbance at a different location. She was found unresponsive during a routine check and pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of death is under investigation.
