16-year-old murderer, Eddie Ratcliffe, who was jailed for life for the murder of Brianna Ghey, has lodged an appeal against his sentence. Ratcliffe and his accomplice, Scarlett Jenkinson, both 16, were convicted of the murder of 16-year-old Brianna Ghey in a "frenzied and ferocious" knife attack last year. Ratcliffe was sentenced to a minimum of 20 years, while Jenkinson must serve at least 22 years before parole.
