Connor Chapman's life sentence was upheld by the Court of Appeal.

Connor Chapman, convicted for the murder of Elle Edwards during a gang feud in Wirral, lost his appeal against his 48-year minimum life sentence at the Court of Appeal. Chapman was sentenced for firing 12 shots at Edwards outside the Lighthouse pub on Christmas Eve 2022, resulting in her death and injuries to five others. Senior judges determined the sentence to be "severe, but not manifestly excessive."
