Two teenagers, Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe, have been convicted of the murder of 16-year-old Brianna Ghey. Jenkinson and Ratcliffe, both 16, were found guilty of brutally killing Ghey in Culcheth Linear Park in February 2023. The pair were sentenced to life, with minimum terms of 22 and 20 years respectively, before becoming eligible for parole. Jenkinson was previously moved from a previous school after she attempted to poison a classmate with cannabis gummies.
