16-year-old Brianna Ghey's inquest will examine her placement in the same class as her killer, Scarlett Jenkinson, who was transferred to her school after giving a pupil a cannabis-laced sweet. Both girls were at Birchwood High School in Warrington, where Brianna was murdered by Scarlett and Eddie Ratcliffe in February 2023. The inquest aims to determine if Brianna was put at risk by being in the same class as her killer.
