41-year-old Port St. Lucie man, Jabbar Ferdinand, was arrested on multiple felony charges including counterfeiting, fraud and illegal firearm possession. The investigation began after the Department of Homeland Security intercepted a package containing multiple sheets of blank Social Security cards addressed to Ferdinand. A controlled delivery and search warrant service led to the discovery of additional fraudulent documents.
