44-year-old Gulfport man, Michael Payne, was arrested in D'Iberville on charges of identity theft, credit card fraud, and possession of a controlled substance.
44-year-old Gulfport man, Michael Payne, was arrested in D'Iberville on charges of identity theft, credit card fraud, and possession of a controlled substance. Payne was identified after a victim reported unauthorized $4,000 charges on her Kohl's account. Authorities discovered he was also wanted by Biloxi Police for credit card fraud and MDOC for a parole violation.
