Japan Airlines expects a $13.6 million revenue loss due to a fatal accident at Tokyo Haneda Airport, forcing runway closure and A350 service halt.

Japan Airlines (JAL) is expecting a loss of around ¥2 billion ($13.6 million) due to last month's fatal accident at Tokyo Haneda airport. The accident caused the shutdown of a runway for several days, which disrupted air traffic. In addition to the revenue loss, JAL also incurred losses from having to take the A350 out of service. All 379 people aboard JAL's jetliner were able to escape during the incident, and investigations are still ongoing.
