Five killed in Japan plane collision en route to deliver aid to quake-hit area.
Five Coast Guard crew members were killed in a collision with a Japan Airlines aircraft at Tokyo's Haneda airport. The Coast Guard plane was preparing to deliver aid to those affected by a powerful earthquake on New Year's Day. The captain of the Coast Guard's Dash-8 maritime patrol plane escaped but was injured. Japan Prime Minister Fumio Kishida condoled the deaths and expressed gratitude to the employees.
