Nigerian media workers strike for higher wages, better pay systems, and government intervention.

Workers at Lagos Television, Eko FM/Radio Lagos, and Lagos Traffic Radio have shut down operations, demanding the N85,000 minimum wage and inclusion in the Oracle payment system. The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Radio, Television, Theatre, and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU) led the protest, blocking entrances and exits, and calling for government intervention to address the wage disparities. The governor was urged to resolve the issue to avoid further strikes.
